In 2010, a tiny, little custom cake shop called itself Fantastical Sweets by MIKA and became the Go-To place for unique and unusual cakes, the likes of which no one had ever seen before in Ensenada, Baja California. Since that time, Fantastical Sweets, still specializing in exquisitely handcrafted edible delights and "WOW!"-ing their clientele has become the ultimate premier custom cake bakery in Palm Springs, CA.
At this juncture in my life, I have decided to expand into the world of online decorating tutorials for the techniques I have used on my cakes which I will be offering here and will not be taking cake orders as such.
